Professional ProfileMr. Harper is currently the
Principal Hydrogeologist and Project Manager of Harper Environmental Associates,
Inc. He has over 20 years of
experience in the environmental industry and has managed environmental site
assessment and remediation projects throughout the Prior to founding HEA, Mr.
Harper was employed by Groundwater Technology, Inc. for 12 years, as the Vice
President and Eastern Operations Manager of the National Industry Division. His responsibilities included managing a profit and loss center generating over $ 25 million of revenue, directing a technical group conducting nationwide environmental investigations and remediation, managing large projects, and negotiating work plans with State and Federal regulators. Prior to this, Mr. Harper served as Vice President of Corporate Accounts where he managed over $100 million of revenue and all aspects of the long-term relationships with Groundwater Technology's vital customers.
